Yes. It takes a bit of work but can be done. The ZZP GP GT runs high 12'* without the stroker engine. I believe it went 12.6'* with the 4.1. However, its so much easier and cheaper to go that fast boosted so if you are gonna put the ZZP M90 kit on it then that will help dramatically. That and headers and you would be WELL on your way to 13'*.

putting an SC on there is the cheapest route to 13'* (assuming you have the supporting mods, like rockers, headers, etc).

It'll be cheaper to go blown than NA with the Bonne due to the Bonne being so heavy. To do it NA would be nice but hard to do.
