shortening the l27 intake runners

Default shortening the l27 intake runners

I was thinking about this question today and was wondering if this would work..

The intake port opening will be larger but as long as you are able to make everthing smooth agian, I doubt there will be any loss in flow. It may actually help ramp up velocity..
I'm not really sure what it looks like in the plenum but maybe that is an option?
