Part # for MSD coils?
I think I fouled my plugs because two of my coils are seriously corroded, and probably not flowin' power to the plugs like they should. I called Summit, but they only listed them up to '96. What part number are they, and should I get MSD wires to go with them?

I don't think you need the wires but they sure look nice with the coils. But the p/n on the MSD packageing of my coils is 8224. Your could always order from pyfc.com thats where I got mine from.

Jegs has them cheaper, and probably summit too. Compare prices and shipping between them and PFYC ( www.grandprixstore.com ).
That part number is correct. 8224:
http://www.pfyc.com/store/merchant.m...y_Code=GPUNDER
http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...5&autoview=sku (cheaper than PFYC and faster shipping, free shipping if I recall)
https://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stor...tegoryId=17379 $44.99 each. Also cheaper than PFYC.

Thanks Bill. I pulled the plugs out last night, and they're fine, but the posts were so corroded (again!) that spark wasn't going to them, so I guess I better get the new ones coming pretty soon! What wires do you reccomend?

Belden Premiums from NAPA. Taylor has a bad rep here, and the monster MSD'* only offer increased insulation, not better performance.
If Belden is good enough for INTENSE'* cars, they're good enough for me. I have them on both cars and am very happy with them.

don't have experience with them myself but I've heard negative reports about them around here.

The Accel YELLOW replacement coils for ours have a BAD reputation here. Of the only three sets I know of used here (in the past), two of those sets failed at least one coil in the first 30 days.
