Default need help please....

My 99 4.6 expedition just turns over and goes not cramk, the fuel pump works, there is gas in the tank, no secruity codes, ,aube the key (not sure) i have to find the spare. I did push the shreatter val. on the fuel line and it cranked, but the nest day it would not crank again.Ive pulled all the fuses I could think off, and looked at them....Im lost....

Does the Check Engine / Service Engine Soon light go out while the engine is cranking with the starter? If it does, it tells you the computer detects that the ignition is working. If it stays on while cranking the engine with the starter, the computer detects a problem, and it is probably the crankshaft position sensor. Neat feature of this era Ford products.
