Default Movie Maker?

I have heard many good reviews of this program, but am unable to run it <i run windows 2000, and am proud of it>. can anybody recommend something similiar? that i can run on windows 2000? link?

maybe find a different version ofmovie maker, or adobe premier but thats an expensive program (if you payfor it )

oh and moviemake is a simpler program, its easier to use but adobe has alot more features

He can't use the one that comes with XP due to the fact that it'* XP SP2 only....and he'* diligently and proudly running Win2K...and won't submit to XP lol.

Doesn't MS have a powertoys pack or something similar with it for 2k?
