Macromedia Flash could do that, and it'* relatively simple to learn, at least I think.

Thats something I've been checking, and wondered how easy it is to use. I also was wondering if PowerPoint would be a good choice. I used an earlier version back in the late 90'*. It was pretty easy to figure out and had a ton of
options/tools in it. I was wondering if it can do 3D rendering.
