i just texted one of my friends, i know sleds can go way faster than that...
fastest he has gone is 108 on his dads souped up 440
fastest one of his friends went was 120 on a xc700
my '72 el tigre just pushes 60

The thundercat 1000 3 cylinder...172hp...(and other big sled) go easily over 130mph
They can go faster but only on icy surface. Like a road or a lake.

that vid was sweet, id love to do that the fastest i have been on my own ski-doo is 130kph but that was on my old 92 plus 583 extended track...i expecet to get well over 100 MPH on my new sled.
ill br riding it for the frist time this weekend and if i feel that the lake is smooth enough i just might take a quick vid from 0-TOP SPEED
(im not sure if i have to hold the button to take vids on the new digital but if i dont then ill definetly make a vid)

i had a '91 hatchback with a B16a (SiR japan) with some minor mods, and it was moving as fast as my bonneville. (no supercharger, no turbo)
(If you see an LSvtec in an hatchback civic, dont even think you stand a chance, one of my friend run 13.49@103mph on slick with it ,it only got special piston and chipped ecu,with the exhaust sytem too,headers)
OK, that is not a luxurious car, but its a more fun to beat than a Bonneville.(imo)
Everyday driving i prefer the bonneville.
Im not trying to talk against any people or car brand, just not underestimate all honda
like some people do for Bonneville.

the car of fantastic88 isnt stock and he plan doing more mod to get his goal...(first post)
And my civic with everything cost me 5000$ car included.
for a 5000$(canadian) car , i think its not bad. And its not "uber" fast ...
And fantastic88, youll love the difference when the PCM will allow full power, on my brother'* 600 MXZ i felt it instantly!!

If I misunderstood, then I truly appologize, as it was not meant as a flame.
Case in point. My friend who is here working next to me has a Neon. My ssei will easily beat a stock one. However, with an engine swap, etc... we are now pretty equal.
