A four valve per cylinder pushrod engine? A dual in block cam design?

It'* been done with single cam and 2 pushrod per cylinder engines. Just have one rocker control 2 valves.
IIRC aftermarket heads like this are available for the LT1 and LS6 engines?

If the other way around, there have been two-valve DOHC motors (5M-GE)...
