It all comes down to you get what you pay.. look at the Bimmer and Mercedes and such.. wow.. nice interior but look at the price tag.. if they make the lower level - near luxury with great design and materials, that means they have to raise the luxury ones even higher also.. now think about how much $$$ that would be to change the whole line of interior and tooling cost.. and theyre in it for the business.. making $$.. if they can get away with cheap stuff they will.. to them it works.. thats what it matters.. I don't like the standard trademark pumpkin orange.. some do.. I'd like some blue dash and such.. something different and unique.. but you think they would change that?? no.. they have contract to make parts interchangeble to most degree and to layout similar.. if they were to start something fresh right out.. well the cost of produceing the parts alone would raise the price of the car and then we would all be complaining on how much we're payin for the car.. besides.. whats the point of having a nice interior if the car is dead on the side of the road..

thats the thing, you CAN get a loaded bmw 325 for that price, or a mercedes. or maxima, acura TL.

ill stop ranting, gm did recently pull its head out of its rear, late, but it did - look at the c6,gto,grand prix, cts-v, and a whole bunch more
