Air bag warning
Hi all,
I am new to this sight and it looks GREAT
I have a 2007 Yukon SLT and once in a while(when driving) the Air bag light comes on(in Dash) and the message "service air bag " appears in the message center.when the truck is shut off ,and restarted, sometimes it will stay off and will not appear again for sometimes a couple of days.
I have connected the coder to it(when message does not appear) and there is no Code??
Any suggestion,please HELP!!
Thanks a million in advance

A basic scanner won't see the code because it'* from the Body Control Module. The usual problem is the clock spring in the steering wheel that connects the driver'* air bag. You won't know for sure until you get the actual code (while the Sevice Air Bag light is on).
I say that'* the usual problem because that'* the one air bag wiring harness that undergoes constant movement as you turn the steering wheel.
