Default BAM BAM BAM when I accelerate fast, sounds like

a washboard. Any clues?

Think we need a little more to go on then that. Is it coming from the engine, trans, front of car, back of car. The more info we have the better chance we have of finding the problem

...it seems easy to create the issue when turning right.

Jack up the car and check the front left wheel. Look for play in any direction. Also check to see if the wheel turns smoothly. If you find nothing, then check the right side same way.

If the sound is coming from deep inside the wheel well to one side, I'd say one of the CV joints is giving out.

On further listening/feeling, it feels like the shift from 1st to second.

Check your trans mounts. There'* one in the front left side. Mine had a shimmy when a bolt fell out. I put it back and it'* all better now.
