turn signal lights

Default turn signal lights

this just happened my turn signal lights in the car will stay on but if i use the outside signal it will stay on also but wont flash and if i use the keyless entry the light will not come on at all

Mod/Admin... everything electrical Please

Please clarify

You have what year adn trim level car:
When you use the turn signal, the light stays lit on the instrument panel:
When you are outside and expect to see the light flash it doesn't

Usually if you turn on your headlights and your instrument cluster directional light is lit, you have a bad bulb.

you sure about that? I changed one on a 95 Bonneville and it was located on the driver'* side "hush panel" (black panel directly above driver'* feet.) It was clipped to that panel. Maybe they changed it then in the 96-99 bonnevilles?

Check the ground by the washer bottle. You'll see a bunch of wires going to the frame. Take them off and clean/sand the connections.

Driver side hush panel.. hazzard lite is closer to the center console I believe on driver side still
