turn signal lights
 
this just happened my turn signal lights in the car will stay on but if i use the outside signal it will stay on also but wont flash and if i use the keyless entry the light will not come on at all

Please clarify

You have what year adn trim level car:
When you use the turn signal, the light stays lit on the instrument panel:
When you are outside and expect to see the light flash it doesn't

Usually if you turn on your headlights and your instrument cluster directional light is lit, you have a bad bulb.

Yes, in the nearly impossible to get at passenger side relay center.

you sure about that? I changed one on a 95 Bonneville and it was located on the driver's side "hush panel" (black panel directly above driver's feet.) It was clipped to that panel. Maybe they changed it then in the 96-99 bonnevilles?

Check the ground by the washer bottle. You'll see a bunch of wires going to the frame. Take them off and clean/sand the connections.

Driver side hush panel.. hazzard lite is closer to the center console I believe on driver side still
