Police gave me a new issue
Apparently, I haven't any lights on my license plate. checked the bulbs and they were good, tried to check the fuse and... hey, where is that fuse located anyway? Couldn't find it in the manual but the police said that if they caught me again, its a ticketable offense.

I'm at work, and can't check my manual, BUT a while back I had to find my radio'* fuse, and completely forgot about the fuse box that'* under the back seat. I would check there. It'* near the battery.

How did you check the bulbs? Did you check the resistance? You can not always tell just by looking at them. I'd bet that the bulbs are bad, as they get power through the fuse for the dash integration module fuse (DIMR) in the rear fuse block...under the seat. If that was bad, you'd have more issues than just license plate lamps.
