my problem is when i i go WOT the sometime the gas pedal sticks to the floor
i looked at my return cable i looks fine with no rust or anything the would make it bind up
and i removed the floor mat just incase
but i think its something on the pedal itself
i to get it to come back up i just pull the gas pedal back up

Has the throttle body been cleaned? It is possible to be so dirty that the dirt/gum is holding the throttle plate open. I would remove the throttle cable linkage from throttle body and test the pedal and linkage. If that tests good then it'* time to clean the TB.

Same thoughts here... Time for a good throttlebody cleaning

Maybe catching the floormat. I've seen that before.
Quick check.. unhook the throttle cable from TB and actuate both by hand. This should pin down which one is binding.
