Yes I have a few times now, it can be done in your driveway with simple hand tools.
The toughest bolt is top dead center (only 3 total) but if you turn the wheel and use a universal socket adapter you will be fine.

Yes, there are several members here that have had to replace front hub assemblies including myself. I had my local garage do my work. Maybe some of the other veterans will chime in soon. Are you planning to do them yourself?
