I agree with Pete. I can feel the vibration from the solid mount but, honestly on a scale from one to ten I'd give it a three. Certain rpm ranges you can feel it.

I'm not sure how you made Chris, but I was surprised to see how much engine rock Pat'* car had with 30 something thousand miles on it and it looked like it was new. It even can out the easiest of the 3.

I guess it'* all a matter of personal taste, but I'm good with the solid mount.

Karl,

From the top of the frame to the bottom of the mount about 3.25". I used a 1/2" X 8 bolt from TSC, the 3 pucks Chris sent me, 4 washers, the mount on the trans, the 4th puck Chris sent (cut in half), another washer, a lock washer, and two nuts (one as a jam nut).

Here is another alternative to the hockey puck setup, still solid though.

The vibes are nothing when you do a solid mount, well mine may be a lil less than everyone elses cause mine was made for vibration dampening. Feels like a thirdgen f-body. Its makes you feel more connected to the car, I love how solid it helps put the traction down a lil more than with a stock mount.
