Default Very sporadic O2 voltage readings

I installed my aeroforce interceptor last week and have been familiarizing myself with some of the readings lately. What has struck me as odd is all of the readings are either stable or change in relation to the engine load/acceleration the car is under.... except the O2 voltage readings. Whether or not im at idle, accelerating or at a constant speed my O2 voltage readings are bouncing around anywhere from ~30 to ~800. is this normal or is it an indication that one of the O2 sensors is going or some other problem?

I've had a little bit of an issue with rough idle and a slight hesitation from the engine lately and already picked up some Autolite 605'* that i plan on installing tomorrow to see if that helps. New plug wires are also being ordered soon as well. My last Bonne i focused pretty much completely on audio and im not terribly familiar with things under the hood, what are some symptoms of a failing O2 sensor? I want to get everything running good this winter so come spring i can focus more on some go fast mods.

yours is fine...

i had all the same questions...

:?: Pulse Width MS: <-How long the injector is open for.
:?: Short Trim: <-Short term memory of sorts for the fuel. This ultimately changes the long term fuel trim.
:?: Long Trim: <- Long term fuel memory kinda. How much your computer is compensating for a lean condition (positive %) of rich condition (negative %)
02 voltage:<-- If its oscillating, thats good. If it stops at WOT thats good too. During normal driving it tells you nothing much really. But at WOT you want your 02'* to be at a certian # ( I can never remember that, 850 mV?)

Battery: <-Sopose to be around 13.7
:?: IAC Position: <-How far the idle air control valve is opening. This valve bypasses air around the TB plate allowing it into the engine. It allows the TB plate to be closed and still have the engine suck in air. There is a sweat spot for this too which I forget exactly. Basically if the value is too high you need to open the TB plate via idle screw. If the value is too low your TB plate may be open too much.
Engine Load: <- pretty much what determines what gear your in, how much fuel, spark advance, wether or not to turn the egr on etc.
Intake Temp: <-you know that one
Coolant Temp: idle: 138F WOT: 192
Trans Temp: idle: 102F WOT: 145F <-- in the summer, what is the maximum temp i am gonna wanna see? <---In the summer you'll probably see 180-190.
RPM: idle: 930 WOT: ~5500
:?: MAF LB/M: <- lb/min of air your TB is flowing
:?: MAF Frequency: [b]<-The frequency is calibrated to the flow rate above
Manifold PSI: <-Vac at idle (not sure how much on a */c) and whatever lbs. your runngin at WOT
Throttle Percent: idle: 0 WOT: 99
:?: Throttle Volts: idle: .33 WOT: 4.09 <-- shouldnt this be 4.75v, i need to do the TPS mod right <--Since your throttle percent is 99 you should be fine.

thanks alot. That was really helpful, as i pushed the buttons i couldn't help but think... "wow this thing is great, but i spent 230 dollars on something and i don't even know what half of these numbers mean". I'll have to swap the plugs and wires and see how things go.
