Default rough running ssei

k well im gettin kind of frustrated. Here is my story. :(

aprox 500 miles ago had a engine light on and figured it needed a tune up.
Replaced spark plugs,wires,pcv valve,oxygen sesnor,fuel filter.
i fugured the oxygen sensor was why the light was on.

didnt seem to run anybetter, and didnt turn the light off.

so 3 weeks later it starts running like pure crap.
starts up fine. Then the idle fluxuates a good 900rpm. Runs realy rough. Has no power. knocks in the top of the motor. If the car suposidly had 225 hp, it runs like it has 165. (you get the idea)

the more i drive it the better it runs, but still has major issues.

I take it to tunex last week. They run the scanner and it comes up with a 341 i belive. Its the intermittant cam sensor code.

This is where it gets weird. They replace it and it runs no different. they pull the codes again and they get the 341 also along with a 705 PRDNL (nutral safety switch?)
And he said they had a code pop up for a split second (quad driver) but it never came up again.

They were kinda perplexed and recomended me to the dealer to diognose it.
Im scared! i dont wana deal with those money hogs!

Please help. i would greatfully appretiate the help.

The cam code can likely be caused by the magnet mounted to the cam gear. It can pop out of place. Mine did and it ran like crap. It can be fixed with JB weld and some patience, or your gonna have to pull the timing cover, chain, gear...

The knocking up top could be the supercharger coupler. Take that belt off and rotate the SC pulley by hand. Any play/slop?

There is no slop or play in the SC. was rebuilt 5 thousad ago . The knockin sounds more like valves or lifters, but goes away the warmer the engine is.
Frankly if it was my guess, it feels like my timing is retarded. Or advanced a bit.

Do pcm'* go bad very often?

Also Tunex said the magnet was fine .

If it goes away, it sounds like a sticky lifter. I don't know where to go with the rest.
