but isnt the SC only 20000 miles old? Thats pretty new really. When they changed it, did they put the correct oil in there? I would go through the SC oil procedure and change the oil with the correct stuff from GM. Its worth the small cost to do this first.

I agree with Wren. He helped me a few months ago.

Buy the aftermarket coupler rebuild kit and a couple bottles of super charger oil. Cost me $85 with shipping.

Fairly easy fix other than the stupid bolt that is hidden behind the alternator bracket.
