Okay I'm trying to remove the fuel rail, is there something special I have to do to release the quick connects? I have no idea but don't want to break anything.

no, I'm tring to get the two connected to the fuel rail. They've got the thing where if I push down a little gas comes out. Do I just pull it off?

I think you are talking about the metal retaining clips. They should have a short wire or such to keep them attached to the fuel rail or lines. Yes..take them off.

Thanks guys, but I figured it out. I couldn't get my fingers underneath at first to holdthe clips down. Once I got in there they slid off easily.
