The fault codes will make the ECC PREVENT the compressor from working until the faults are cleared.
48 should clear, but 66 may not. You sound like you need a recharge, but try to clear the codes anyway, and see if the system starts working again.

it didnt start working yet is there a way i can get 66 to clear do i need to recharge it?

Did you actually use the procedure in Techinfo to clear the codes, and the 66 didn't clear, but the 48 did?
If that'* the case, you either have a leak, or a pressure sensor is bad. Have the system checked, repaired, then recharged with freon.
