Need Hi Beam Switch/Steering Column Help
I cant get my Hi Beams to work on my 92 SE.. It has to do with the switch/linkage that connects to the turn signal/hi beam/wind sheild wiper stick.. i was looking in the area where the stick connects to the column and there is a little metal rod that isnt connected to anything.. its just loose in the column sleeve. Then i pull back the stick to activate high beams there is no click at all.. Does anyone know where i can find a diagram on this or have any info on this.. Thank You

The actuator at the end of the stalk is probably broken. Can you take it apart and get pics?

This column is a pain on a 97 as it is on all with aux steering wheel buttons. With radio controls the amount of compnents needed to remove is crazy. After an arduous turn signal switch replacement (I'll detail elsewhere) I have the same issue with the high beam rod and need to see a drawing or picture of where the actuator should nestle in.
Can anyone help?
