Default SC reinstall problem

Well, I got my gaskets today and upon putting the SC back on, It is not lining up right. It seems that the stud that goes in where the pulley tensioner is, is stopping me. Does that little sleeve inside of that hole sometimes slide out?

I got it. It was the sleeve on the tensioner.
