None at all. It can be done at the Admin level.

He did not inflate his join date. I recall him being on here years ago. On the other hand, I don't recall you guys being on here since 2003.

I never said he did. I know he was here back in the day under a different username (Under his amateur radio call-sign if memory serves). It'* something I have seen on other boards however, and it bugs me when they pull that stunt.

And I won't pretend to be completely continuous in my postings of posts since joining, but it'* legit

At any rate, we have strayed off topic...

The original poster'* qualifications to attempt the swap have been called in to question. What say he?

If the forum would let you search that far back, you would see.

Before contemplating a swap, what tools do you have?

A 2002 computer system will not work in a 95 platform. This is where I tell you to get a clue because you obviously can't fathom the different years and platform changes from year to year. This is pretty much a general maintenance forum. Gone are the days of extreme modifications. And so are the experienced staff that have done swaps like this. We don't have the staff or manpower to baby sit this project for you. Save us the trouble and just buy a newer car.
To Mike....Dude you're just lost yourself it seems....where do you get going off on a tangent and speaking ebonics....reading is fundamental....there are no misspelled words and I'm 100% sure what I was asking Is very clear....COMPATIBILITY WAS THE THE QUESTION...then you say what tools do I have? Don't have any i just use my fingers and teeth...believe me I have whatever tools I need to get any job done....I'm no beginner here....we ALL know what assumptions do and make people...who said anything about just swapping a computer which I know isn't possible....that'* like taking a microwave and putting it in the freezer to heat your food duhhh....you know you chim in on things you seem to have very little knowledge on....just because your days of modification are over doesn't mean everyone else'* are over.....people do what they want to their cars and what I have in mind would smoke your car any day....save yourself the trouble and use your brain....IMPROVISE...CREATE...BE DIFFERENT....MY EXPERIENCE AND CREATIVE IS WAYYY BEYOND YOUR LITTLE PEANUT BRAIN....SHAKE YOUR HEAD AND SEE IT RATTLES....and thank you Rjolly for your help!!!

Awesome, now that the flames are flying, may I also suggest investigating the feasibility of adding a turbo as well? You may not be able to take the L36 stock internals nearly as far as the L67, but it may be worth a look as well.

It may be better to at least get it running right before we start fiddling, unless you do opt for the drivetrain swap.

But thanks Jrolly!

If memory serves (ha!) he ended up selling his car and moving on. He was very busy with other aspects of life towards the end, especially his summer work.
