Default PS

My PS pump on my 96 used to whine also. I removed some fluid and added some slick 50 power steering formula and now its silent. Just needed lubricating.

So How do you like that Magnasteer? I have heard good and bad about the system..
I doubt it. I haven't had any problems. I'd like it better if it were a little tighter, though, but it'* fine the way it is, as there'* a lot of feedback, especially on bumpy roads. Even at highway speed (on highways) the wheel'* jerking around a bit too much for my tastes.

Personally, I think it rules. It makes another cool option to show off... not bad for a $4000 car.

Actual bragging (more or less): "Oh yeah, it'* got Magnasteer technology. It uses magnets to steer it so it makes it really... um, cool. You'll notice how smooth the ride is, even when I'm making U-turns in a parking lot. It'* the magnets, helping me to not hit these parked cars."

Guys...if you have the self calibrating compass...leave the magnets on the fridge...lol

Is this a real experiment for the club or just a bit of fun?
