Default Climate control issues need advice!!!!!!!

Hello all I am new here and would like to thank you all for the input you give. I have spent alot of time reading through the threads and appreciate all the information I have acquired. I have a fully loaded 98 Bonnie SE with 70,000 miles on new engine and 198,000 on the rest of her except for brakes and tires. My issue is with the climate control. It does everything it is supposed to do and no problems with digital read out. When I set the heat to anything below 90 deg. I get no heat. It just blows cold. If it is set to 90 I get all kinds of heat. I have read through alot of threads and haven't found anyone with this kind of problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
