Default A stuck sleeve

I was changing my pads a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't get the sleeve out the caliper so I can lube it. the bolt was hard getting out, but the rubber sleeve won't come out for nothing. I had to use the c-clamp to press the bolts back in so I can tighten it back up. Are there any suggestions to getting this sleeve out?

Channel locks. Grab it and let it know it'* coming out. A twisting motion helps.

It'* called a slide btw.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the caliper needs to slide on that bolt/sleeve. I suggest you replace at least that side.

I'm not trying to replace calipers right now cuz I already have to do the rear brakes and the wheel cylinders. Let me correct myself, I thinks its called the boot which is stuck in the caliper. The sleeve and bolt came out but was hard because of its dry.
