i just changed the brakes and rotors...think it'* a caliper?

I think a sticking caliper might cause a zigzag stop. Did you check, clean, and lube the caliper pins and bushings when you changed the rotors and pads? How did the piston boots look on the calipers? Did you open the caliper bleeder when you pushed the piston back so you wouldn't send contaminated brake fluid back up to the reservoir?

OK, my '92 FSM suggests that uneven braking action side to side may be caused by:
incorrect front end alignment,
loose front suspension attachments,
contaminated brake lining (like if you got some grease on the pads),
leaks from caliper piston seal,
missing or loose brake assembly attachments.
restricted brake fluid passage, (possibly a bad flex hose)
incorrect tire pressure,
sticking caliper piston
If you are not comfortable checking this stuff yourself, take it to a shop you trust. Brakes aren't something you want to guess about.
