no scan tool... but when I have scanned it while funning like this I have had ZERO KR

So you already fixed the subframe? I guess I missed that thread.
There is something SERIOUSLY wrong if that is WOT. Honda Civics move faster than that and this is an SSEi. I would check backpressure just in case.

So the new PCM didn't do it? It wasn't that long ago that I was doing almost 80mph on the highway and I saw a little black fleck growing larger and larger in my rear view.
