what a little cleaning can do
Yesterday, I finished cleaning my front valve cover, but since it was raining, I decided to wait until today to post up the before and after shots.
Before:

If someone knows how to adapt colours to objects in photoshop or GIMP, please tell me, because I want to paint these, but I am undecided upon a colour.

I am still trying to figure out how to remove the far one.. my haynes manual says to remove the EGR valve, but I am not sure if I have to do that, or if I can clean up the EGR valve while it is out.. thus making it useful to remove it.

ya missed a spot!
just playin... it'* amazin what a lil elbow grease can do to an old valvecover looks good now you gotta do the rest of the engine so it matchs

yeah, I know.. its going to be a pain in the ***. But I'm up for it. It'* been raining all day, but it seems it has cleared up, so I can't sand down the porch, but I can work on my b'ville.
Damemorder: blue theme? eh.. naw, i'm really leaning towards red, due to the fact pdad'* car looks awesome in it.
