It sounds awesome.... I was surprised. When I gutted the box on my NA motor in the 95 it was a grumble noise. This noise is supercharger all the way!

Nice, I gutted my airbox to get me by for a bit but I want a FWI, just don't know if I want a JMB or Intense.

Looking at my stock box I didn't see much to gut. Looking at what I got from Intense it'* obvious that it'* a mixture of an off the shelf K&N filter with some home grown parts, but I was really impressed with the quality. The couplers were just tube aluminum stock but they made sure to round off any sharp edges. The tubing is in no way flimsy and I'm not at all concerned about it getting cut or crushed. Even the hose clamps were a little over-built and didn't look like the regular $1.25 clamps you'd see at a parts store. You know the quality you'll get from K&N but the other pieces meet or exceed top notch. It'* not a cheap upgrade, coming in at $180, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I haven't heard of JMB....

If you do a search there are a few threads about it, although 1 case had increased KR and the other didn't or atleast not as bad as the other case. It is a powdercoated metal tube FWI, that is priced at $185 and it seems the Regal/GP crowd have had good results with it.
