what do you think of my headlight covers

Where do can you buy the covers? Also can they come in red, I saw red ones on a 97+ GP in Two Harbors, Finally I want to see the Morris cops pull me over for them they dont care about the pipes, people with 5% tint. Problem is when state patroll comes in
