looks like some reflectors that can only be seen at night with some light to me. Just like my trailer with the D.O.T red and white reflectors for saftey.

Looks like just reflective tape... I dont see how you could get the lights mounted on the rims

I really like the results of that tape then. It looks really cool. Thinking about putting it on my "pontiac" letters in the front of my bonnie.

Yup is clearly reflective tape.....
The effect you guys are seeing (why it looks SO BRIGHT) is because of the FLASH from the camera.

Even in the really dark shots..... it'* from camera flash, just not a really bright flash, or they were taken out of the main flash range.

That is COOOOL and if done right could look badass. But if like one thing is out of proportion it would look like mexican rice.... Or the guys with the APC banners on their work vans in my town.

why would anyone do this to their cars?
