its some cheapy vortex performance muffler from meinieke(sp). feels better down low... it gets real quiet in the high rev range, weird

$217.16 on the car... i really needed it cuz i had taken my car to get inspected(it was due by the end of Feb.) and it wouldnt pass cuz of the hole in the OE muffler. i had to pay for the inspection and had only five days to get it fixed or id have to pay for inspection yet again. my pontiac dealer quoted me $550 for a "stainless" OE replacement system. so i figureed "hell, i'll head to meinieke." they gave me a choice out of three mufflers: stock, loud, performance. i chose performance, curiosity owned me... used the stock tips and bam, here we are today...
