I can't vouch for how it'* supposed to sound, but I can say it sounds mean.

Can't see it here, but sounding like crap is relative to how much one knows.

Lumpy cam, nearly stalling until you tune it etc ... some say that'* a horrible sound. Others know it'* the sleeping dragon, add fuel and OMG!

Mine idles rough and wants to stall, but give it a little gas and it wakes up.

Honestly, I'd say it sounds like mine except for the rhythmic idle spikes you get from the cam.

Yeah that definitely sounds badass Anthony. Whoever said that sounded bad or like it was about to die has absolutely now knowledge of automotive performance.
