the start of the leather covers
for those of you not following my other threads, basically here is what happened:
i bought a set of $1200 leather seat covers for $100 on ebay
i tried putting them on myself, and i couldnt get it
i brought to a professional shop next door to me at work, she could not get them on, and told me the kit was bad
i bought them to another professional in mankato and with his 35 yrs experience and another helper here is the first peice
the install for just this cover was $55
the upper rear is expected to cost $75-90 depending on time
i am going to try the fronts myself first because there isnt much to stretch, they just slip over
the installer also confirmed that they are just as real leather as the originals, not what i told you before... they are all leather except the sides, just like stock
its so tight...and smooth
