I've seen a green bonne here with white racing stripes and it looked HORRIBLE!
This car had chrome door edge trim on literally every edge you can put it on. The bottom half (bumpers, body molding) was painted with a purple sparkly paint. And the stripes couldn't have looked worse. They didn't go with the car.
I'm still considering whether to do stripes at all. After all, they won't really make me faster

its really weird that u asked... i jus got them done 1/2 hour ago, they look sweet... only problem is, i was drivin home from gettin my 2 value meals at BK, and some ricer drives by and gives me a a ricer liked my scoops... please tell me this doesnt make me even remotely close to a ricer!

Looks bad, doesn't look right because its on plastic as well. Paint on metal and paint on plastic are 2 different shades even if it looks the same. Plus its overkill and ugly.
I've been thinking though, SS stripes my be too much to get on the roof....maybe 2 small skinny ones very close to eachother or moderate sized ones. But SS may be a little strange on the roof. I've been looking at pictures of other domestics with stripes and I've been getting some different ideas.

thanks for your brutal honesty allmachtige... :( everyone that has seen it in person is uber impressed, and my car likes really MEAN... i will eventually be gettin the scoops cutout and re-secured to my hood, prolly havin the lips under it so it looks natural... well, i like it, alot... and its rare, so
