I've seen a green bonne here with white racing stripes and it looked HORRIBLE!
This car had chrome door edge trim on literally every edge you can put it on. The bottom half (bumpers, body molding) was painted with a purple sparkly paint. And the stripes couldn't have looked worse. They didn't go with the car.

I'm still considering whether to do stripes at all. After all, they won't really make me faster

Black goes well with Green is what I've concluded. Its the only color that goes with dark green. Go for it

Silver'* not bad with dark green but with my car it would look bad because I have all the gold. BTW, did you get your hood scoops Dr Suess?

Hey doc, make yourself a little better than a ricer, and do some cutouts in the scoops and the hood and make them functional.

Mainly its just wrong.

Looks bad, doesn't look right because its on plastic as well. Paint on metal and paint on plastic are 2 different shades even if it looks the same. Plus its overkill and ugly.

I've been thinking though, SS stripes my be too much to get on the roof....maybe 2 small skinny ones very close to eachother or moderate sized ones. But SS may be a little strange on the roof. I've been looking at pictures of other domestics with stripes and I've been getting some different ideas.
