i dont think that little hole will provide enough air for the CAI...

I think it provides the cai with much more air. I thought about the dryer hoses but with all the bends... The air just goes straight from outside to the filter. I dunno i thought it was the best option but nobody thinks alike.

I think that'* kinda cool. Definitely an original idea.
I'd suggest putting some wire mesh in there at the least to protect against birds, stones, and other things that you don't want smothering the K&N.

That'll work as ram air, You think you can bring it farther towards the corner light? This is definatly something I'm interested in doing.

I was definatley planning on putting some mesh in there. I definatly don't want to catch any birds.

I would have made the opening go more trowards the corner light but the bumper starts to curve back. The scoop wouldn't be as symmetrical. besides that hole was the extent of my cutting behind it. Not to sure i'm comfortable cutting more metal out.
