Default some underhood pics of the 00

I did a 6 hour detail job on the 00 yesterday, and I spent some time under the hood, but I was pretty unhappy with the pics I took of the car. The scenery is so blah around here with all the dead grass and what not.

So I figured I'd just show you what'* under the hood. I am yet to finish the wire loom. I also have a new polished fuel rail to install.

i really love your car. you should bring it to mississippi for scenery, we always have beautiful spots, but your car is so nice. they have a white one here for sale with the rims u used to have owned by a lil ole lady with 72000 original highway miles for 8200.00 i wished i could get, im torn though between the rims you have now and the rims you used to have, they are both beautiful, i just love the color and everything you have done to the car, i just spent an hour under my hood the other day and an hour under moms hood today. I cant stand a dirty engine bay, makes the whole car look junky

Your car is getting a lot of attention now! What kind of polish do you use on the chrome?

Awesome looking engine Andrew... never mind the chrome valve covers(chromes super easy to clean)... how to do you keep the bare polished aluminum of the SC from coroding and looking like ****?

You sure have a long wire.

The ones going to your front bank.

It is polished to a high enough shine that it doesnt really need anything. Believe me that I haven't touched it since I put it on? I have only wiped the water spots off that It likes to collect. When I swap the fuel rails I'll give it a once over.

pretty ugly huh? I need to figure out a better method to secure that wire since I can't use the valve cover wire guide. The wire holding it is temporary.

MSD has some 'twist' retainers that would tame those wires. I got a few from Bill last time in Oregon, have to ask him where he got them....autozone?

Jegs or summit. But that'* only half the trick with no front retainer on the VC (same issue here).

I can show you what I did if you like. Been that way since last winter.
