p-log is a power log. Basically a front manifold that is less restrictive. link

if u are talking about the swoopies, yes they will fit your 90, i've seen them on an 89 SSE before, as far as the p-log, i would think it would fit but there is no reason for it on a 90 NA car. the manifolds on the 90 are not that restrictive.. the manifolds on a series 2 supercharged application are very restrictive and the p-log helps flow all that extra air. i would say it'* a waste of time and money to put a p-log on the LN3 motor that'* in your 90.
