The 40th has the gold package, which consist'* of the Gold edge/center SSEi emblems, and gold plated 40th emblems. Beyond that it'* standard 40th (and SSEi considering it doesn't have CCR or lumbar seats).
Yes, the mats are there, but standard 40th emblem.

Thanks for the comps on the SLE -the passenger side mirror needs to be replaced/repainted, and there is a nice scuff on the side of the rear bumper, just behind the LR wheel. That'* what'* wrong with the outside (it needs the grill trim ring also).
For the interior I just found the accessory outlet in the overhead console is in pieces (haven't tried putting it back together), the seats are in kinda rough shape (water damage), and the door woofer grilles are busted up pretty good.
Otherwise for 125k it'* not too rough, but still not quite as good of overall shape as my 1994 SLE was when I had -a little TLC and elbow grease and I'll have it in better shape before long.
