Some of you may have noticed my earlier post where the beginnings of a custom CAI started taking shape.

The project has advanced, along with many others, and the instalation will happen tomorrow. Here'* how the pieces look before final assembley and fitting;

wait.. how did you bend the lexan? or is that plastic?

It'* 6 mm Lexan - just bend it using a heat gun. You should see the drilled and tapped holes, even on the but ends of this...it quite nice working with Lexan.
