The SLEeper has awakened.....
Dow Corning clear silicone adhesive. Anything will do. Black would be preferred, but I was low on black, and didn't want to use two types.
I left the doors shut in the heat for a couple hours to get it to cure and hold them in place.

I see you're sporting the hair on your upper lip (can't remember how to spell it). NIcely trimmed btw.
Again, the car looks great

But nice work on the repairs. Those are the type of repairs that many of us put off since they aren't as "fun" as working on the mechanicals.
I didn't take 'before' pics, but I do have another car I can 'simulate' them on. Zilla doesn't have the problem, as she was garaged for much of her life (5 years at one stretch, without ever going out), but I can 'cause' some shrinkage for an example.
I'll see what I can put together in the GH section of the forum in the next couple days.

Put your feet up...job well done.
Yeah, apparently I agreed too soon, lol.
I'll dig up some of the good older threads that show some of the damage and include some of the text, etc.
Your after pics are perfect for the repair reference, especially since we can see a bit of the silicone. It gives a specific point of reference to those not familiar with the repair.
