Looking sharp, bath time is always fun. Weather is going to turn down a bit here this week (60'* this weekend down to 40'* again) and the weather in the GTA this weekend doesnt look that enviable either. Ah well, at least the cold air will make the engines sing...

Way to look on the bright side! I just want it to be actually spring-which means time to wax, claybar, and put on chromies.

Hey thanks. I thought they would make the best backdrop since everything else is snow. I love taking pics of my car...they usually look better then real life :? . When I said I did a lousy job washing it...I mean I did a *really* lousy job. Ahh..well, better luck in warmer weather.

A lousy wash is better than no wash at all...and it looks great in the pictures...

Thanks. Plus with the arrival of "Carwash Wipes" by Armor All, I can kinda go over the spots I missed...which makes me feel better.

Those really do work surprisingly well. I was skeptical about the wipes concept when it came to the outside of the car...but since I live in an apartment and therefore have noplace to wash my car, I go to the local carwash and hose it down with the high pressure water gun thing, do a little bit of washing there, and then go home and touch it up with the wipe things and it works much better than anything else I've tried...

Yeah, they are great for that. I just couldn't see them used for the marketed whole car carwash...seems wierd for some reason.

for best results, just make sure you claybar before you wax!

I totally agree...just trying to clean spots without hosing it down/ soaping it up/rinsing it first doesn't work very well, so I can't imagine trying to actually wash the whole car with them....
