We're halfway through the month, so the Your Ride section'* lurkers know what time it is: it'* time to nominate August'* best for the Car of the Month contest.

Winners will receive the usual goodies: a beautiful profile badge designed by the best GMF graphic artists, all the bragging rights they can carry, and a parking space with their name on it at the Car of the Year contest.

The standard rules apply:

• The car'* owner must have started a thread in this section during August 2011.
• To keep things fresh, the past twelve COTM winners' cars are ineligible.
• Only GM vehicles are eligible.
