about 4 months ago me and my buddy clay were looken for a route to do my woofer wiring and he says to me "u kno thers a puddle in your back seat?" and im like oh its just moisture (the car had been sittin in the weather for some time) and hes like "no...u got all of lake erie in your car dude".....turns out my heater core had busted and drained into my interior...had to rip EVERYTHING out ...was fun tho...it was the first real thing ive messed with on it.

That is the best way to clean the mess up. Got more pics?

Glad to you got it fixed. Some heater cores are a nightmare to replace.

I noticed you said Lake erie.... where are you from?

well i didnt get to fix the heater core....parents wouldnt let me and clay do it and all the shops i called said it was a class A job...clays in the auto tech and even he didnt want to touch it, said they had done one and it was a B$%#@. but i did have to take out everything...went through and steam cleaned it all...everythings fine except the matt under the carpet...could probly be replaced. sry i didnt mean to sound like i fixed it myself. it was fun to tear the whole interior apart tho...thats what i want to do, be in auto trim and refinishing. im plannin on goin to the Universal Technical Institute in texas.
