are we ever gonna have a wets michigan meet or a cental michigan at least? it would be alot easier to meet without driving 2 hours.

Maybe next time we can have it at a central point in MI, like the Lansing area. I don't know what kind of places there are to go over there.

Last time I did somethign like that we had it in Jackson. They have the cascades which I'm not to sure what they exactly are...haha but thats fairly close....I guess I think maybe....

and it'* not like everyone didn't have to drive to meet up...some over, some down, some up...same thing....so I don't see why its that big of a deal or the need to complain about where it was

There really isn't much in Lansing...I don't know where an event like this would be held. There is the IMAX theatre, we could go see a movie and have a little show before and/or afterwards of the cars. Other than that, I can't really think of much...

I can't think of any big parks off the top of my head. There is a Zoo. I'll talk to some people and maybe take a little drive through Lansing to see what I come up with.

I'm not saying this will up your chance anymore of having me there but a thought to add to you're brainstorming-
What about meeting along Lk. Michy somewhere. If you keep it further south then those coming from south from western michigan and those driving west from southern michigan would have about equal drives. The only people who would get a really bad deal would be those coming from the little bit northeastern areas-and Canada too, I guess. If you did it when it was warm, then you could do a beach/BBQ deally since I'm sure there is plenty of beaches that would accomodate the group.
