Im thinking you should make the panel like carbon fiber or somthing possibly similar to it so youdont have the painted look... i dunno... just post finished pix

Yes.. Lets see it! Considered any flat black vinyl spray? I got some of that Krylon Fusion paint for my Ram Air inlets, and it works great! Dryed on PVC in the advertised 15 Minutes! But me being myself i toyed with it and rubbed it and such before it cured. Oh well, can't see it anyways, I just didn't want any white on my bumper. I'd definetly reccomend it for anyone wanting to paint ANY surface. Best spray paint i've ever used.
