Been there, done that. Spent the first 25 years of my life in Ontario. I know it all too well.
Now you know why I moved to the West Coast.
Your'* is really no problem. Just sand it and spray some high heat flat black paint to touch it up..........and use a wash rag once in a while.
I had NO IDEA the cow bells could look like that!!!!! You gotta come to Tampa and do mine please.
